About Daily Logic Puzzles
Daily Logic Puzzles is a free website with new logic puzzles every day: Sudoku, nonograms and Minesweeper. You can use every page without creating an account.
What the site offers
- Six puzzles a day: three Sudoku puzzles, two nonograms and one Minesweeper board.
- An archive of every earlier day.
- Rules and solving techniques for each game.
How the puzzles are made
The puzzles are produced by generator programs that were written for this site. No puzzle is copied from a book, a newspaper or another website.
Each puzzle is tested by a solver program before it is published: a Sudoku must have exactly one solution and match its level, a nonogram must be solvable one line at a time, and a Minesweeper board must be solvable from its start cell without a guess. All published puzzles are tested again every time the site is built.
The same date always gives the same puzzle, for every visitor.
How the site works
The pages are prepared in advance and delivered as ordinary web pages. The games run in your browser. Your moves, your progress and your streak are stored in your browser and are not sent to us.
The written content stays readable when JavaScript is switched off. The games, the archive list and the streak need JavaScript.
How the site is funded
Daily Logic Puzzles is free to use. It may show advertisements to cover its costs.
If advertisements are shown, they carry a visible label and are placed below the game area, never inside it. The site’s own code does not reload advertisements when you make a move.
Accuracy
The guides were written with the help of an AI system and checked against the behaviour of the games. We try to keep them correct, but mistakes are possible.
Questions and corrections
If you find a mistake in a puzzle or a text, or have a question, please tell us. For a puzzle, the date and the level or size are all we need to find it.
