Privacy Policy
This policy explains what happens to data when you use Daily Logic Puzzles. The site has no accounts and no sign-up.

Summary
- You cannot create an account, and the site does not ask for your name or email address.
- Your puzzle progress, your streak, your settings and your appearance preference are stored in your browser only.
- Your moves in a game are processed in your browser and are not sent to us or to anyone else.
- The hosting provider processes technical request data to deliver the pages.
- Third-party advertising is loaded only when it is enabled for the site and permitted for you.
Data stored in your browser
The site uses the local storage of your browser. It stores up to four entries.

The streak is not stored as a number. It is calculated in your browser from the dates on which you solved puzzles.
To keep the daily-puzzles entry small, the boards of at most 60 unfinished daily puzzles are kept; the oldest are removed first. Solved puzzles are kept.
This data stays on your device and is not sent to us. We cannot read it, restore it or move it to another device. The button Clear my data on the home page, on the archive page and on every game page, including the no-guess Minesweeper page, removes all of these entries. Clearing the site data in your browser settings does the same.
If stored data cannot be read, for example after a change of the format, the site replaces it with an empty entry and tells you so.
What is processed in your browser
The games run in your browser. Checking a digit, finding conflicts, opening cells, measuring the time and counting the streak all happen on your device.
The site takes the current date from the clock of your device to decide which puzzle is the puzzle of today. The date is not sent anywhere.
A game page requests the puzzles from this site as one file per game and month. This request names the game and the month, not your moves. When you open a puzzle from the archive, the address of the page contains the date and the level or size you chose, as any link does.
Share result, under a solved puzzle, hands a line of text and the address of the puzzle to the share menu of your device or, where there is none or it does not work, copies them to your clipboard or shows them for you to copy. The site does not send them anywhere, and the address carries no tracking parameters. What happens next is up to you and the app you choose.
Hosting and request data
The site is delivered by Cloudflare, our hosting provider. When your browser requests a page, Cloudflare processes technical data that is needed to deliver the page and to protect the service, such as your IP address, the requested address, the time of the request and information about your browser.
We do not keep our own database of visitors.
Advertising
The site may show advertisements that are provided by third parties such as Google. If advertising is not enabled for the site, the pages contain no advertising code and make no requests to advertising providers.
Advertising code is loaded only when advertising is enabled and, where a consent choice applies to you, after you have allowed it. If you refuse or withdraw your choice, the site stops loading advertisements.
When advertisements are shown, the advertising provider receives technical data such as your IP address and may use cookies or similar storage according to its own policy. We ask the provider not to personalise advertisements.

- Use Clear my data, or clear the site data in your browser, to remove your progress, streak, settings and appearance preference.
- Use the consent dialog, where one is shown, to allow or refuse advertising.

We update this page when the way the site handles data changes. The date at the top of the page shows the latest revision.
